You can remove your account and personal details at any time. Here is exactly what happens, and the two ways to ask for it.
Jobs that already closed stay in the record, with your name, phone number and IC removed from them. They are the receipt for money that moved between you and another person, so deleting your side would delete theirs too. Malaysian bookkeeping rules also require us to keep transaction records for seven years.
An account with a job still running, money owed to HQ, or a withdrawal being processed cannot be deleted yet. Someone on the other side is waiting on it. Finish those, then come back.
Open Diyana, tap your profile picture at the top right, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete Account. It takes effect immediately.
Already removed the app? Email support@diyana.my from the address on your account. We confirm it is you, then delete it within 30 days.
